What Happens if You Do NOT Have Your N# Yet?
Can I Still Fly?
The answer is "YES!" But not with your own Drone.

The FAA's N-Number Requirement:
The FAA has significantly expanded and clarified its regulations regarding commercial agricultural drone operations. The new ruling is explicit: all aircraft used for agricultural aerial application under Part 137 operations must carry a standard N-number registration.
This isn't a suggestion or a gray area anymore—it's a firm regulatory requirement that fundamentally changes how ag drone pilots must approach their operations.
So how can you fly?
Farmitude has partnered with American Drone Network (ADN) to create a pathway that pilots can still get up right away, but on a lease program.
The process is simple:
1. $2500 one time charge
2. Choose your drone; a T-60, a T-100, or the new American Made Independence 19 (we recommend a T-60 for temp use)
3. Choose your acre package
